Mano Thangaraj
T. Mano Thangaraj is an Indian politician and incumbent member of the Tamil Nadu Legislative Assembly from the Padmanabhapuram.[1] He represents the Dravida Munnetra Kazhagam (DMK) party.[2][3]

Early life
Mano Thangaraj hails from Karungal of Kanyakumari district. He was elected as the district panchayat chairman from 1996 - 2006.[4] He was very much involved in politics right from his college days. He was the students' union chairman of Marthandam Christian College. During his initial years, he has protested against drawing water from the Pechiparai reservoir for the Koodankulam nuclear power plant in 1988.[4]
Social Activities
He owns Good Vision Charitable Trust which was working on women, children and sanitation related issues.[5]
