Marc Worth
Marcus Daniel Worth (born March 1961) is a British businessman. He is the co-founder of World Global Style Network, a fashion trend-forecaster, and Stylus. He notes that three things have pushed him within his professional life: creativity, innovation and entrepreneurship.[2]

Early life
Marcus Daniel Worth was born in March 1961,[3] in Nottingham, England.[1][4] He has an elder brother, Julian Worth.[1] He received three O Levels and left school at the age of sixteen.[4]
Career
Worth started his career by working for the family business, Heat-Seal Textiles, with his brother Julian at the age of business.[4]
With his brother Julian, Worth was the co-founder of World Global Style Network, a fashion trend-forecaster, in 1997.[5][6][7] WGSN quickly grew into a global player with hundreds of staff situated in offices around the world. They sold it to Emap for GBP£140 million in 2005.[6][7]
Worth acquired the fashion label Ossie Clark in 2007.[7] He launched a new collection at the 2008 London Fashion Week, but sold it eighteen months later, after losing GBP£4 million.[7]
Worth has written articles for Forbes.[8]
Worth quickly saw the opportunity in a cross-industry approach to trend forecasting and launched Stylus in 2009.[9] Stylus is an innovation research and advisory firm helping businesses process global consumer lifestyle, product and engagement insights, stimulating innovation and growth.[9]
Philanthropy
Worth served as the Chairman of the British-Israel Chamber of Commerce.[4] He serves on the Board of UK Israel Business.[10] He also serves on the Board of Governors of the Shenkar College of Engineering and Design in Ramat Gan, Israel.[4][11]
With his wife, Worth has made charitable contributions to the Hampstead Theatre.[12]
Personal life
Marc met his wife Hilda when she was nineteen years old.[13] She serves as co-Chair of the Jewish Women's Aid, a Jewish non-profit organisation which tackles domestic violence, and Deputy Chairman of the Conservative Friends of Israel.[14][15] They have four children, Patti, Max, Henry and Louis.[4] They attend the Hampstead Synagogue.[4] They reside in Hampstead Garden Suburb, north London.[4] They have a home in Herzliya, Israel.[4]
