Corruption charges
Martin Q Larsson, along with four other Swedish cultural profiles, was indicted in April 2016 for corruption crimes in connection with a number of dinner events organized by FST and SKAP 2012-14.[1] The District Court rejected the prosecution in its entirety, but the High Court made the opposite judgment and sentenced the defendants to day fines. The case was decided in the Supreme Court in March 2020 by declaring that the events were not to be considered illegal, and upheld the District Court's judgment.[2]
