Mikhail Astafyev

Mikhail Georgiyevich Astafyev (born September 16, 1946, Moscow) (Russian: Михаил Георгиевич Астафьев) is a physicist and a former Russian politician, Peoples' Deputy of the Russian Federation (1990-1993).[1]
