The Miss Idaho's Outstanding Teen competition is the pageant that selects the representative of the U.S. state of Idaho in Miss America's Outstanding Teen pageant.

Kaila Yacuk of Eagle was crowned Miss Idaho's Outstanding Teen on June 8, 2019 at the Special Event Center in Boise, Idaho. She competed for the title of Miss America's Outstanding Teen 2020 at the Linda Chapin Theater in the Orange County Convention Center on July 27, 2019 in Orlando, Florida where she was voted People's Choice, which she automatically made the Top 15
