Mogilev Free Enterprise Zone

The Mogilev Free Economic Zone or FEZ Mogilev is a Special Economic Zone in Mogilev, Belarus, whose residents are subject to special legal regulations of investment and industrial activities.

The Mogilev FEZ was created in 2002 under a decree of the President of the Republic of Belarus for the term of 30 years. Mogilev FEZ currently consists of 8 sites with a total area of 2,108 hectares.

Mogilev is situated close to the eastern frontiers of the Republic of Belarus at the intersection of important Trans-European roads West-East and North-South. It is a center of a wide road and railway network, and it also possesses an international airport.

There is well-developed transport and engineering infrastructure at the territory of the Mogilev FEZ, as well as vacant production and warehouse premises, and land lots for new construction.
