He is elected a Member of the Legislative Assembly from Loni (Assembly constituency) of Ghaziabad, Uttar Pradesh in 2017.

He was born to Mr. Baleshware of village Ganoli, Post Chirori, Tehsil- Loni, Ghaziabad, Uttar Pradesh.

In the 2017 election he defeated Rashtriya Lok Dal candidate Madan Bhaiya.[5]

Controversies
  • His minor son was caught for committing an accident while driving at high speed.[6][7]
  • He was involved in an altercation with elections official in 2017 [8] and recently, his representative was arrested for violating traffic rules and misbehaving with the cops.
  • He was also issued a show-cause notice by state BJP president Swatantra Dev Singh when he slapped a food security officer. [9]
  • He staged a protest in the Assembly on 17 December 2019, the opening day of the winter session, alleging harassment by Ghaziabad police administration. He gained support from over 100 BJP, SP and Congress MLAs in opposing the alleged high-handedness of police authorities.[10]
  • He forced a Hindu officer to close a Muslim owner restaurant forcefully . When officer denied he got in physical spat with him.

Farmers protest: BJP MLA demands hanging of leaders involved in January 26 violence, writes to Amit Shah.[11] In a letter addressed to Union Home Minister Amit Shah, Bharatiya Janata Party MLA Nand Kishor Gurjar on Wednesday demanded that the farmers and other miscreants including political leaders who lead violent protests in different parts of the national capital, like the Red Fort and the ITO, be swiftly identified so that they can be hung or shot on sight.

He said that a fast track court should give the orders to hang those found guilty of instigating the insurrection.

The BJP MLA also suggested in the letter that those involved in the violent protests in the national capital could also be shot-at-site.

Farmers belonging to the Jat-dominated Khapas also announced social boycott of leaders of Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) and Dushyant Chautala's Jananayak Janata Party (JJP).[13][14]
