Nicolás Franco (politician)

Nicolás Franco Bahamonde (1 July 1891 – 15 April 1977) was a Spanish politician. He was head of the General Secretariat of the Head of State in the government of his brother, Francisco Franco.[1]

Nicolás Franco served as ambassador to Portugal and was the chief Spanish architect and negotiator of the Iberian Pact.[2]

He was married to María Isabel Pascual de Pobil y Ravello, with whom he had a son, Nicolás Franco y Pascual de Pobil.
