Ogier provides legal advice on BVI, Cayman, Guernsey, Jersey and Luxembourg law. The firm operates in nine jurisdictions in key financial centres and have a presence in the BVI, Cayman, Guernsey, Hong Kong, Jersey, London, Luxembourg, Shanghai and Tokyo. Ogier is a full-service law firm employing more than 600 people. Legal services for the corporate and financial sectors form the core of their business, principally in the areas of banking and finance, corporate, dispute resolution, insurance, investment funds, local legal services, private equity, private wealth and restructuring and corporate recovery. Ogier also has strong practices in the areas of regulatory, employee benefits and incentives, employment law, tax and property. Ogier Global, the firm's corporate administration business, works closely with Ogier's partner-led legal teams to incorporate and administer a wide variety of vehicles, offering clients integrated legal and corporate administration services.
