People's Council of the Luhansk People's Republic
The People's Council[1][2] (Russian: Народный Совет, romanized: Narodnyj Soviet) is the legislature of the unrecognised Luhansk People's Republic.[3][4]

The first legislative body of the Luhansk People's Republic was established by pro-Russian protesters in early April 2014.
