Pierre Racicot
Pierre Racicot (born February 15, 1967 in Verdun, Quebec (now part of Montreal, Quebec) is a National Hockey League linesman, who wears uniform number 65.[1] He officiated on April 6, 2007 when Martin Brodeur broke Bernie Parent's single season wins record with his 48th win.[2] He worked the 2006, 2008, 2009, 2010, 2011, 2012, 2013, 2015, 2016, and 2019 Stanley Cup Finals and the 2006 Winter Olympics. He was also involved in a controversial play during Game 6 of the 2012 Stanley Cup Finals in which Pierre accidentally set up a pick on Anton Volchenkov which eventually resulted in a goal for the Los Angeles Kings.[3]
He reached his milestone 1500th NHL game on January 23, 2016 when the Tampa Bay Lightning visited the Florida Panthers.
