During his reign, ghatwar kings rebelled. The king of Tamar attacked Nagvanshi king in Khukhragarh. Pratap Karn sought help of chief Baghdeo. Baghdeo defeated king of Tamar, killed his son Kapardeo and destroyed their fort Mahudigarh. For this help Pratap Karn declared Baghdeo as King of Karnpura which gives rise to Ramgarh Raj.[1][2]
