Raymond Smith Jr.
Raymond Edward Smith Jr. (born October 15, 1961) is a Democratic member of the North Carolina General Assembly representing the State's 21st House district.

Career
Smith won the election on 6 November 2018 from the platform of Democratic Party. He secured fifty-three percent of the vote while his closest rival Republican Robert Freeman Sr. secured forty-seven percent.[1]
