Ronnie Vicente Lagnada
Ronnie Vicente Conde Lagnada (born November 20, 1963), known as Ronnie Vic, simplified as RCL, is a Filipino civil engineer. He is a member of the National Unity Party,[1] and also the owner of Equi-Parco Construction Company.[2]
