Rubina Bajwa
Rubina Bajwa (born 24 February 1986) is an Indian-Canadian actress who works in Punjabi films. She started her career in 2017 in Sargi, and went on to win the Best Female Actress Debut in 2018 in the PTC Punjabi Film Awards.[2][3]

Career
Bajwa started her career in the 2017 Punjabi film Sargi, directed by her sister Neeru Bajwa.[4] She then starred in Laavaan Phere opposite Roshan Prince in 2018, which was a success at the box office and was positively received by critics.[5][6]
In 2019, Bajwa starred in Laiye Je Yaarian opposite Harish Verma[7] and also in the film Munda Hi Chahida, where her acting was praised by critics.[8][9] She was also in the lead roles in Gidarh Singhi.[10]
Bajwa will be sharing the screen with her sister, Neeru Bajwa in the upcoming movie, Beautiful Billo[11] and play lead roles in Teri Meri Gal Ban Gayi, directed by Priti Sapru.[12]
Personal life
Bajwa was born in a Punjabi family in Vancouver, British Columbia to Jaswant Bajwa[13] and Surinder Bajwa.[14] She grew up in Vancouver and later came to India to follow her sister's Neeru Bajwa footsteps in the Punjabi cinema industry.[15]
