Rungh Magazine
Rungh Magazine is a project of the Rungh Cultural Society in Canada.[1] Rungh Magazine was first published in 1992 as a "South Asian Quarterly of Culture, Comment and Criticism".[2] Rungh Magazine was published in print form, from 1992-2000, when it ceased publication.[2]
Rungh Magazine was relaunched in September 2017[1] at the Primary Colours gathering on Lekwungen territory (present day, Victoria, British Columbia, Canada).[3] Rungh Magazine features multi-disciplinary, and cross-disciplinary content by Canadian creators.[4]
In addition to Rungh Magazine, since September 2017, Rungh is also a web based platform that features work by Indigenous, Black and People of Colour (IBPOC)[5] artists and creators. Rungh has an active archiving program [6] and also features poetry readings[7] and arts advocacy.[8]
