Samuel E. Hayes Jr.
Samuel E. Hayes Jr. (born September 3, 1940)[1] is a former Republican member of the Pennsylvania House of Representatives. Sam Hayes is now a part-time professor at Juniata College in Huntingdon, Pennsylvania, where he teaches classes on State and Local Government and the Legislative process. [2]
