Album artwork by Michael Seiff, who also did front covers of Join the Army by Suicidal Tendencies and their 1985 Compilation album Welcome to Venice.
The beginning riff to the song "Weirdo Man" is said to be the first slam riff in metal history, which would later become a staple in the subgenre known as "slam death metal" and spawning bands like Cephalotripsy, Devourment, and Abominable Putridity.[1]
