Graduating from Ryerson University’s Image Arts, Sebastian has worked professionally in many aspects of production from pre to post. His experience includes Comedy, Horror, Drama, Documentary, Commercials, Studio, Hidden Camera, Reality, Lifestyle, Film, Digital, Music Videos, Demos, Sizzles, Pilots, Corporate, Educational and creating thousands of Stock Video Segments for Web Design, Mobile Applications and Online Ads.
Recent projects include Directing Horror recreation on My Paranormal Nightmare and Paranormal Nightshift, Comedy series My 90-Year-Old Roommate, Best In Show style mockumentary Decoys and various segments with sketch comedy The Ron James Show. These as well as Still Standing (Canadian TV series), for which Sebastian has played an instrumental role since its early development, receiving several CSA nominations for his Directing efforts. He has also been Development and Showrunner on several projects with Viceland.
Other notable productions include all six seasons of Showcase/CBC/Comedy Central’s Kenny vs. Spenny where Sebastian (AKA ‘Sebby’) served as key contributor in multiple creative capacities, including Series Director, Head Writer, Producer and DP.
