Sebastian Joffre
Jhalmar "Sebastian" Joffre Soliz (born 21 August 1999) is a Bolivian professional footballer who is currently a free agent. He last played for Orlando City B in USL League One.[1] He was waived by Orlando City B on 13 May 2019 after making 3 appearances for the team.[2]

Early life
Joffre was born in Portachuelo, Bolivia and moved to Naples, Florida in 2012 when he was 13.[3] He attended Gulf Coast High School and led them to the FHSAA State Championship after beating Duncan U. Fletcher High 2–1 in extra time and also scoring the winning goal.[4]
