Shirgaon (Mawal)
Shirgaon is a village and gram panchayat in Mawal taluka of Pune district in the state of Maharashtra, India. It encompasses an area of 389.66 ha (963 acres).[1]

Administration
The village is administrated by a sarpanch, an elected representative who leads a gram panchayat. At the time of the 2011 Census of India, the village was a self-contained gram panchayat, meaning that there were no other constituent villages governed by the body.[2]
Demographics
At the 2011 census, the village comprised 362 households. The population of 1565 was split between 824 males and 741 females.[1]
