It was founded in 2002 by former Goldman Sachs partners, Edward A. Mulé and Robert J. O’Shea.[2][3]
In 2012, it was reported to have $8.1 billion in assets under management, and was listed as the 83rd largest hedge fund in the United States based on gross assets of hedge funds run by SEC-registered management firms.[2][4]
