Sinhala Ravaya
Sinhala Ravaya (Sinhala: සිංහල රාවය; English: Sinhalese Roar; or Sound of Sinhala) is a Sinhalese Buddhist organization. The General Secretary of the organisation is Maagalkande Sudaththa Thera. The organisation has come into conflict with Evangelical Christians and Muslims. It is also accused of vigilantism which has resulted in attacks on people including Buddhists based on false rumours. It is believed that the organisation was inspired by the Bodu Bala Sena(BBS) but the BBS has distanced itself from the activities of Sinhala Ravaya. [1][2]
