Kovalets has won 3 singles and 3 doubles titles on the ITF Circuit. On 29 September 2014, she reached her highest WTA singles ranking of 243.[2]
Early life
Kovalets was born in St. Petersburg to parents Volodymyr and Mariya. Kovalets is coached by Giorgio Galimberti at the San Marino Tennis Academy.[3]
Career
In 2010, Kovalets was chosen to represent Ukraine at the inaugural Youth Olympic Games held in Singapore.[4] [5]
In 2011, Kovalets played in the final European Junior Championships Nastja Kolar lost in the final.[6]
October 2011, Kovalets Won Ukraine team European Summer Cups.[7]
In 2015, Kovalets defeated the former world number 7 Patty Schnyder in Prague.[8] She played her last professional match in 2018.[9]
