Steve Li Kwai-Wah

Steve Li Kwai-Wah is a senior superintendent in the Hong Kong Police Force.[1]

Sanctions

On 9 November 2020, Li was sanctioned by the United States under Executive Order 13936 for his role in implementing and enforcing the National Security Law.[2]
