Song notes
- "Twinkle" is a tape recording of McWilliams as a little girl, singing "Twinkle Twinkle Little Star".
- "The Pearl" is based on the John Steinbeck novella of the same name.
- "Rain All Day" was first recorded for their first album Delusions of Grandeur. This version is longer and played at a slower tempo, with different instrumentation that includes a string section and a rainstick.
- "The Hidden Track" is a lounge version of "I'm So Small," followed by a second tape-recorded snippet of a young McWilliams speaking.
