Tour d'Annaba
The Tour d'Annaba is a stage race held annually since 2015 in Algeria, rated 2.2 and is part of UCI Africa Tour.[1] Hichem Chaabane won the race in 2015 but was stripped of the title after testing positive for a banned substance in April of that year.
