Tove Berntsen
Tove Berntsen (born 29 November 1951) is a Norwegian former long track speed skater, who was active in the late 1960s and 1970s.[1]

Berntsen represented her nation twice at the World Allround Speed Skating Championships for Women. In 1971, finishing 27th overall and in 1972, finishing 28th overall.[2] She also competed at other international competitions.[2]
She became the Norwegian junior allround champion in 1969. Between 1970 and 1974 she competed a total of nine times at the Norwegian Allround Championships, winning the bronze medal at the allround championships in 1973 and 1974; and at the sprint champinships also in 1974.[2]
