Wan Peng

Wan Peng (Chinese: 万鹏; born 20 August 1996) is a Chinese actress under Easy Entertainment . She made her debut with the drama When We Were Young (2018). She gain fame for her performance in My Girlfriend is an Alien (2019) .

Career

In 2018, Wan made her debut in the coming-of-age youth drama When We Were Young, for which she received positive reviews and became known for her role.[2][3] She received the Best Newcomer award at the China News Entertainment Awards and the Outstanding Actress award at the China Internet Radio and Video Convention.[4][5] Wan then played supporting roles in the period detective drama Detective L and medical rescue drama Rush Into Danger.[6]

In 2019, Wan's popularity increased after starring in the romantic comedy My Girlfriend is an Alien.[7] The series received popularity overseas.[8] She received the Most Promising Television Actor award at the Tencent Video All Star Awards.[9]

In 2020, Wan played lead roles in the youth romance dramas First Romance and Meeting You.[10][11]
