Physical Characteristics

Zeffo were typically much taller than humans. Their eyes were large and normally of gray color. They have pink skin, no cheeks and a small mouth.

Culture

Zeffo culture is quite unique compared to others in the Star Wars Universe. They honored the Zeffo Sages by building tombs to remember them. They built three tombs, one in honor of the Zeffo Sage Eilram, one in honor of the Zeffo Sage Miktrull, and one in honor of the Zeffo Sage Kujet. These tombs were guarded by Tomb Guardians. The tombs of Sage Eilram and Miktrull were built on Zeffo, while Kujet's was built on the home-planet of Darth Maul known as Dathomir.[1] Their culture went beyond their home planet, though. Temples and tombs can be found on Bogano, Ontotho, and Kashyyyk. The Zeffo value the force, and are often credited as "the first of the force-sensitive."

Zeffo is a fictional planet in the Star Wars Universe. It is the home of the now-extinct Zeffo species. The planet has a rocky and mountainous structure, similar to the structure of our very own planet Earth. The planet is known to be incredibly windy.[2]

After the extinction of the Zeffo species, the empire invaded the Zeffo planet. An Imperial excavation can be found on Zeffo, as well as a crashed Venator near an ancient tomb.[3]

Wildlife

Zeffo features dangerous wildlife such as the Scazz, Phillak, and Skungus.[4]

Extinction

When the Zeffo Sage Kujet was in rule, the Zeffo species as a whole became more corrupt and ended up eventually falling to the Dark Side of the force. The exact reason for the extinction of the Zeffo is unknown, but in a recording left behind by an unknown Zeffo Sage, he states that the Zeffo were "Learning the ways of pride and greed."[5]
