Çinarlı, Khojavend
Çinarlı (Chinarly) or Vank (Armenian: Վանք) is a village in the Khojavend District of Azerbaijan.[1] The village had an ethnic Armenian population prior to the 2020 Nagorno-Karabakh war, and had an Armenian majority in 1989.[2]

History
The village was captured by Armenian forces during the First Nagorno-Karabakh War and was administrated as part of the Hadrut Province of the self-proclaimed Republic of Artsakh. The village was recaptured by Azerbaijan on October 20, 2020 during the 2020 Nagorno-Karabakh war.[3]
