1933–34 Aston Villa F.C. season
Aston Villa played the 1933–34 English football season in the Football League First Division. Billy Smith remained trophy-less going into his eighth season.[1] Jimmy McMullan was appointed as manager when Billy Smith retired in May 1934.[2]

On 30 December 1933, Villa drew 1-1 away Leicester City, Dai Astley equalizing in the final seconds of the game.[3]
