1971 Tulsa Golden Hurricane football team
The 1971 Tulsa Golden Hurricane football team represented the University of Tulsa during the 1971 NCAA University Division football season. In their second year under head coach Claude "Hoot" Gibson, the Golden Hurricane compiled a 4–7 record, 2–1 against conference opponents, and finished in fourth place in the Missouri Valley Conference.[1][2]
