2012 Southeast Missouri State Redhawks football team

The 2012 Southeast Missouri State Redhawks football team represented Southeast Missouri State University in the 2012 NCAA Division I FCS football season. They were led by seventh-year head coach Tony Samuel and played their home games at Houck Stadium. They are a member of the Ohio Valley Conference. They finished the season 3–8, 2–6 in OVC play to finish the season in seventh place.
