2018–19 AEK B.C. season

The 2018–19 AEK B.C. season is AEK's 62nd season in the top-tier level Greek Basket League.[1] AEK competed in four different competitions during that season.[2]

Notes:
  1. Panathinaikos OPAP did not receive a point for the forfeit loss to Kymi. Panathinaikos were deducted 6 points.[15]
  2. Olympiacos didn't show up for regular season and playoff games against Panathinaikos thus have been expelled from 2018-19 Greek Basketball League and relegated to Greek A2 Basket League after zeroing.[16]
