Morgan Wallen Controversy
The Academy of Country Music announced on February 3, 2021 that, artist, Morgan Wallen and his latest album Dangerous: The Double Album would be ineligible for nominations following a video clip showing an inebriated Wallen using a racial slur. The Academy also stated that Wallen's potential involvement in the ceremony would be halted.[2][3]
