Adalberto Eliécer Carrasquilla Alcázar (born 28 November 1998) is a Panamanian professional football player who currently plays for FC Cartagena.

Club career

FC Cartagena

On 12 August 2019 it was confirmed, that Carrasquilla had been loaned out to Spanish club FC Cartagena for the rest of 2019 with an option to buy.[4] On 29 November 2019, Cartegna announced that they had triggered Carrasquilla's buying option. He signed a contract until 2025, with the Spanish club paying 300.000 euros for the player.[5] Since joining FC Cartagena Carrasquilla has lifted them to the 2nd division of Spain after an 8 year absence.

International career

In 14 May 2018, he was called up the Panama national team for the preliminary squad for the 2018 FIFA World Cup.[6][7][8]

In May 2018 he was named in Panama's preliminary 35 man squad for the 2018 World Cup in Russia, but was not named in the final 23.[9]

On 8 September 2019, Carrasquilla made his senior debut and scored his first goal for Panama against Bermuda in a 1–4 victory in the CONCACAF Nations League.[10]
