Alpha Lambda Omega
Alpha Lambda Omega Christian Sorority, Incorporated (ΑΛΩ) is a national, inter-denominational Christian sorority founded April 9, 1990, by four students at the University of Texas at Austin.[1][2] The sorority consists of 14 chapters in the states of Texas, Pennsylvania, Michigan, and Oklahoma and is governed by a national executive board in the headquarters in Houston, Texas.

History
The spark that started the fire was the salvation of one founder, Tyesha Elam. With God's guidance Soror Elam along with her suite mates/co founders Amanda Tezeno, Dawn Walton and Terra Delaney, Alpha Lambda Omega Christian Sorority was established on the University of Texas at Austin on April 9, 1990.[3]
