Bălcești
Bălcești is a town located in Vâlcea County, Romania. The town administers eight villages: Benești, Cârlogani, Gorunești, Chirculești, Irimești, Otetelișu, Preoțești and Satu Poieni. It is situated in the historical region of Oltenia.
