Brynjar Níelsson

Brynjar Níelsson (born 1 September 1960) is an Icelandic politician who is a member of the Althing (Iceland's parliament) for the Reykjavík South constituency since 2016 and previously from 2013 to 2016 for the Reykjavík North constituency,[1] representing for the Independence Party.[2]

This is an Icelandic name. The last name is patronymic, not a family name; this person is referred to by the given name Brynjar.
