Cəlilabad
Cəlilabad (transliterated, Jalilabad) (also, Astrakhanka, Astrakhan-Bazar) is a city in and the capital of the Jalilabad Rayon of Azerbaijan. The city is named after Jalil Mammadguluzadeh.
