Cambodian Second League
Cambodian Second League is the second-tier of Cambodian football. It was first started off in 2016 by the Football Federation of Cambodia.[1] The winners from each of the six regions (North, South, East, West, Middle, and Phnom Penh) from Hun Sen Cup are qualified to play in Cambodian Second League. Winner of the Cambodian Second League will be promoted to the Cambodian League.[2]

Competition format
- Home and away format.
- Winner will be promoted to the Cambodian League which is the first-tier in the Cambodian football league system.
Rules on players
Each team must have at least 50% of their players under the age of 21 (U21). Foreign players are not permitted in the Cambodian Second League.
