Carlos Padilla (politician)
Carlos Padilla is a Filipino politician from Dupax del Norte, Nueva Vizcaya, Philippines. He is currently serving his second term as the Governor of Nueva Vizcaya.[1] Padilla was elected to his first term as Governor in 2016 and was re-elected in 2019.[2]
