Cecil Brown (Mississippi politician)
Cecil C. Brown (born June 22, 1944) is an American politician. He was a member of the Mississippi House of Representatives from the 66th District, from 1999 to 2015. He is a member of the Democratic Party.[1] He was elected to the Mississippi Public Service Commission in 2015.[2]
