Charles T. Rubin
Charles T. Rubin is a political science professor at Duquesne University. He is an advocate of "civic environmentalism", a plan that changes environmental issues from ones dealt with by federal government command structures to ones dealt with on a local level.
Rubin is the author of The Green Crusade.
