Dibër District
Dibër District (Albanian: Rrethi i Dibrës) was one of the thirty-six districts of Albania (which were dissolved in 2000). It had a population of 86,144 in 2001, and an area of 761 km².[1] It is in the northeast of the country, and its capital was Peshkopi. Its territory is now part of Dibër County, and is coterminous with the municipality Dibër.
