Evergrande Center (Chinese: 恒大中心) is a supertall skyscraper under construction designed by Hanhai Architectural Design Co., Ltd.[1] in the Baishi 4th road & Shenwan 3rd road, Shenzhen Bay, Shenzhen, China. The project adopts the design concept of "Heaven is round and earth", with a total construction area of 343,000 square meters and a building height of 400 meters, with 71 floors above ground, 6 floors underground and 5.1 meters high office floors.Slated for completion in 2024.
