Fernando Andrade
Fernando Andrade Carmona (born 16 September 1951) is a Peruvian engineer, economist and politician who served as Mayor of Miraflores from 1996 to 1998 and from 2003 to 2006. He also served as Congressman representing Lima from 2011 to 2016. He is the younger brother of former Miraflores Mayor and Lima Mayor, Alberto Andrade who is the founder of the We Are Peru party.[1][2]
