Fouad Boutros

Fouad Boutros (Arabic: فؤاد بطرس‎; 5 November 1917 in Achrafieh – 4 January 2016),[1][2] was a Lebanese politician and diplomat, who served as foreign minister for four terms [3][4] and served as Defense minister for two terms.[5]
