Froilan Quiño
Froilan Ochea Quiño is a Filipino politician from Compostela, Cebu, Philippines. He currently serves as the mayor of Compostela.[1][2] Quiño previously served as councilor of Compostela and as Association of Barangay Councils (ABC) President.[3]
